Q: Which medical procedures are not covered during the first 12 months that my Gastos Medicos policy is in effect?

A: Some ailments (e.g. ENT, women's reproductive organs, breasts, asthma, hernias, pregnancy, prostates) have a 12-month moratorium during which claims are not allowed. Contact our office if you have specific questions. Top

 


Q: When can I make changes to my policy?

A: Policies can be changed in any time except during the grace period. However, the best time to make changes is several days before the renewal date, so the new premium will take effect without having to make adjustments. Top

 


Q: In which countries is my automobile covered?

A: The auto policy covers from Guatemala to Panama. Top

 


Q: Why does Garrett & Associates ask me to provide personal information when I am online?

A: Depending on which areas of our website you access, you may be asked for information to help personalize your web experience. For example, we will ask you to choose a language preference. Q: Does Garrett & Associates use cookies when I access the web site?
