A: Some ailments (e.g. ENT, women's reproductive organs, breasts,
asthma, hernias, pregnancy, prostates) have a 12-month moratorium
during which claims are not allowed. Contact our office if you have

A: Policies can be changed in any time except during the grace period.
However, the best time to make changes is several days before the
renewal date, so the new premium will take effect without having
